2008 Mille Lacs Walleye Regs

Beginning on May 10, the protected slot for walleyes will be 18-28" with a limit of four fish. For further information, you can check out these sites:

There is also discussion between the DNR and Mille Lacs Input Group about trying to keep the slot consistent for a period of years. This has been discussed between the groups and was well received by the resorters. My understanding is that the DNR must pursue the discussion with the Band prior to enacting such a standard.
